When we cannot answer your enquiry, we will direct you to the relevant information and services. If in doubt, come to SSiD.

Support offered to students is focused and set within appropriate boundaries. SSiD provides a front-line information service for students and are expert in signposting to appropriate sources of support.

Signposting Our Support (SOS)

SOS is a gateway, signposting students to general University guidance, self-help resources, and support services, both inside and outside the institution.

We recognise that things don't always go you'd expect, and we want to help you with any problems you might encounter. SOS can guide you to the services you need when things take an unexpected turn.
