Hi, I'm Ruchika Julka and I work for International Student Support at Sheffield Hallam University. Having been brought up in a robust Hindu household of New Delhi, I actively practice Hinduism both as a religion and a way of life. I moved to the UK in Sept 2005 to pursue postgraduate study and came to work in Sheffield in the summer of 2007. I have developed and maintained close links with Indian and Hindu communities in Sheffield, since first moving here, and would be happy to provide advice/guidance on matters relating to the Hindu faith to any students or members of staff of this university.
