Student Fees and Funding Team

Please note that the Student Support and Guidance Helpdesk, where the Student Fees and Funding Team are based, is currently closed. All enquiries should be directed to financialhelp@sheffield.ac.uk.

The Student Fees and Funding Team includes staff who were previously part of the Financial Support Team, Fees Team and Income Office.  

The Student Fees & Funding Team is responsible for providing the University‚Äôs student finance service. It ensures that the student record holds the correct fee, funding and payment information, issues fee refunds and funding payments to students and manages student debt.
