Student IT Support

IT Services offers support to students for with all University IT services, and to help fix issues with their personal IT devices.

IT Services offers face-to-face IT support for your personal electronic devices and University-wide services. This includes help with:

  • Managed Desktop
  • University printing
  • Your student computer account
  • Malware/virus infections on your device
  • Downloading/installing software on your device
  • Diagnosis and advice on hardware issues on your device

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak most University facilities are closed. Many services are only being provided online.
