Hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of deep, focused relaxation during which the mind is much more open to positive suggestion. In this state you are also much more open to yourself and may find it easier to see beyond limiting beliefs, and make connections between things that you haven’t noticed before. It can help with a variety of conditions and is especially helpful for stress and anxiety.
The first session of each group will begin with a thorough explanation of how hypnosis works and how you can expect to feel during and after the session. There will also be time for any questions you may have.
The focus will be on developing inner calm, anxiety management and positive visualisations for managing day to day stress.
Groups are limited to 10 people and cannot be pre booked.
People attending should indicate any phobias with facilitator, Fiona Jones, at the beginning of the workshop as to avoid referring to anything that may negatively trigger anyone in the session.
