Boeing Scholarship & Support Scheme

Logo.JPGIf you are currently studying Aerospace Engineering at the University of Sheffield, you may be eligible to apply for one of our Boeing Scholarships. The Boeing Scholarship & Support Scheme is intended to promote academic excellence, wider access and progression in the fields of science and engineering. Awards are available for students commencing their study in 2017 at the University of Sheffield. Each award is worth £3,000 in total. Scholarships will be paid to successful applicants once registered on their course.

To be considered you must meet the following requirements:

  • Have UK nationality or at least 3 years residency in the UK.
  • Be currently studying on a full time Aerospace Engineering undergraduate or taught masters course at The University of Sheffield.
  • You have a household income of £50,000 or less and are eligible for means tested support from Student Finance England or equivalent awarding agency.

Successful scholars will be high calibre students who possess excellent leadership and communication skills and an interest in Aerospace (generally and/or Boeing and/or its suppliers).

An email will be sent during the 2017-18 academic year to all eligible students with instructions explaining how to apply, confirming the deadline and any other information that is required.
