Reporting Incidents

Please use this form to tell the Student Harassment and Bullying Support about any bullying or harassment issues that you may need help with.

This form is only to tell us about incidents of bullying or harassment. To tell us about an incident of sexual assault, please go to our sexual assault webpages.

This form is a way for students to get help with bullying and harassment issues and so cannot be used for anonymous reporting. We believe that bullying and harassment should not be tolerated and we strongly encourage our students raise concerns openly.

When you complete the form the information you include will enable an harassment adviser to have a basic understanding of your concern. We will then aim to respond to you within 5 working days. Usually we will then offer you an appointment to discuss the situation in more detail.

The information you include will be kept securely and confidentially by the Harassment and Bullying Support Team but may be used anonymously for reporting and statistical purposes. The University takes the confidentiality of all personal information particularly seriously and consequently takes all reasonable steps to comply with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.

A harassment adviser will be in contact with you within the next 5 working days.
