Workshops and Events Calendar

The University runs several free drop-in mental wellbeing workshops, open to every student, during term time. They are run by our own psychotherapists and counsellors and every session is open to a student who has not attended before.

The mindfulness and hypnotherapy workshops have now been cancelled until further notice.
