Pre-departure tuberculosis screening
You may be required to provide evidence of a tuberculosis (TB) test as part of your visa application. Please visit the page below to find out whether you require a TB certificate.
Where you require a certificate, you must carry the following in your hand luggage:
- Your medical certificate (issued within 3 months of arriving in the UK).
- A report in English of a recent chest x-ray, taken within 6 months of your course date.
Our Student Mentors are volunteer second or third year undergraduate students who have undergone training to offer support and ease your transition into University life.
You can apply for a Student Mentor during your online pre-registration or any time during your first semester.
