Summary of Results
Students who do not require an official transcript can obtain a Summary of Results from the SSiD , which outlines modules studied and grades attained so far.
With permission from your department, we can provide you with your current Summary of Results, instead of an official transcript which can take up to 10 days.
Your Summary of Results will include:
- unit titles
- course year
- grades and results
- your name and date of birth
- your course of study and expected completion date
A Summary of Results is not an official transcript of your qualifications. Where you require an official transcript, please visit the page below.
Where you are a postgraduate student, we cannot provide you with a Summary of Results or any official University document outlining your grades until your final results have been approved by the Faculty Board.
We may be able to issue you with a provisional Summary of Results before this time only if your department has signed a Provisional Results Release form giving us permission. You can obtain this from SSiD.
You will receive your official electronic transcript via ShARe once your degree has been awarded, usually between November and December.
Where you have any further queries about Summary of Results, please email us via the form below.
