Ten things you don’t know the Library provides for your students
This session will provide information about the services the Library provides to support students’ learning. We will focus on how we enable students to develop their Information and Digital Literacy (a graduate attribute), specific support for researchers, services for students with disabilities and the Library’s developments in providing and helping students to create accessible resources. The session will be built around a quiz to increase attendees knowledge of where and how the Library can help their students.
The aims of the session are:
• An awareness of the support available through the Library, and where to direct students to for these services.
• An awareness of what the Library does to support the development of the Sheffield Graduate Attribute of Information and Digital Literacy.
• An awareness of what the Library does to support accessing alternative formats of material.
