We understand staff may be worried about the potential impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on themselves, their family and friends. Here are some resources you may find helpful if you’re feeling worried or anxious about coronavirus.
Mental health charity MIND have brought together some practical and helpful information, designed to help you cope if you’re feeling worried or anxious about coronavirus, if you have to stay or work at home, or if you need to self-isolate.
We would also like to remind all staff of the University Staff Advisory and Counselling Service provided by an independent external provider called Health Assured. The service is free, independent, confidential and available 24 hours a day.
