Health Assured information sessions for managers

Health Assured is the leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider in the UK. The staff helpline and counselling service they provide is a means for all staff and their immediate families to access free practical help, information, advice and support to address and resolve problems and issues they may be facing at home or at work.

We have arranged four information sessions to provide colleagues with line management responsibilities more information about how Health Assured can support you and your staff in these difficult times.

These sessions will give an overview of the different areas of support that Health Assured covers, including legal and financial advice as well as counselling for a range of issues. They will also explain the referral pathway to help manage staff expectations of the service and will outline the different pathways staff can take to reach support. There will also be a chance to ask any questions at the end of the session.

The sessions will last around 30 minutes and will take place on the following dates:

  • 29 July at 1pm
  • 3 August at 10am
  • 13 August at 3pm
  • 17 August at 2pm
