"To celebrate this year's International Women's Day (8 March 2019) we invite you to join us to discuss, gender equality - what's in it for me?
"With the focus for this year's International Women's Day being #BalanceForBetter, we will be joined by a panel of influential speakers, men and women, to talk about what they are doing to move towards gender balance, and how this benefits us all.
"This will be followed by a Q&A and the opportunity for you to discuss with colleagues what we as individuals, departments and an institution can do to work towards achieving gender balance.
"In a world that expects balance, we notice its absence and celebrate its presence. Collective action and shared responsibility for driving a gender-balanced world is key. This is about building a gender balanced world, where everyone has a part to play - all the time, everywhere."
