Complete the Couch to 5K course with Juice
Looking to get into running this new year?
Running is great for your physical and mental wellbeing but can often feel quite daunting for beginners. Juice offer a free 11-week Couch to 5K course that will take you from being a complete beginner to completing a Parkrun at Hillsborough Park on Saturday 4 April.
The sessions start with a mixture of running and walking and the amount of running gradually increases over the weeks. You can go completely at your own speed – in the last course the leader walked at the back of the group all through the course!
This will be the 16th Juice Couch to 5K course and over the past five years, more than 70 colleagues have completed a Parkrun through the group. If you're looking to become more active, the Couch to 5K course is a great way to improve fitness in a supportive environment.
