Dear colleague

During the recent University-wide conversation to seek your views on a proposed new vision and strategy for our University, you provided some really useful feedback about how you find, access and experience development opportunities.

We are using what you shared to inform what we do next and would now like to hear more about the ideas you have.

We're looking for your further input on two important areas relating to people development:

  • What opportunities there are for individual, team and management development
  • What requirements there may be for a new learning management system (LMS)

We would really like you to get involved and provide further input on these two areas, which are detailed below:

You've told us that development opportunities across the University can be hard to find and access, and are not always joined up. We want our new LMS to be easy to use, and to support you to book onto and, in some cases, undertake learning and development opportunities relevant to your career progression.
