Share your stories for Our Mental Health Week
Our Mental Health Week, 10-18 October, is a week of events, stories and wellbeing activities at the University for colleagues and students. This will cooincide with World Mental Health Day on 10 October. We would like to take this opportunity to collect and share your mental health and wellbeing stories.
These could be your surviving, coping and thriving stories, the ways you take care of your own personal mental health and how we can help to look after each other, as well as your tips for achieving good mental health.
If you have a story to share, please submit up to 200 words to email@example.com by 10am on Wednesday 9 October 2019, or earlier if you can, along with a good quality image of yourself or an image that relates to your story.
We are happy to share stories anonymously but please mention this in the email.
