A short survey about the University's response to the pandemic

Important update:

  • Survey now closed, thank you for sharing your views.

Professor Gill Valentine, Provost and Deputy Vice-Chancellor, explains:

Dear colleague

“We are all adjusting to changes in our working practices and indeed our personal lives as we try to understand the impact of Covid-19.

“At this challenging time, we want to know how you feel we are adapting to these changes, and so we are asking for your feedback on the University's response to the pandemic via a short survey.

“The survey takes less than seven minutes to complete and asks important questions about your welfare, our communications and the impact of these sudden changes. This will allow us to learn from our actions to date and to look at what further support you need as we continue to navigate these challenging times.

“The survey is open to all staff including anyone currently on furlough. It is anonymous and is being provided for a minimal cost by survey provider Qlearsite who will be helping us review your feedback. The survey will close at 11pm on Wednesday 1 July so please complete it as soon as possible.

“We hope to follow up with further short surveys in the coming weeks, for example to better understand your thoughts and feelings about returning to campus.”

Kind regards

Professor Gill Valentine
