Working from home: email signatures and out of office templates

Due to the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the large majority of colleagues are currently working from home.

The University has been working hard to put in place the tools and technology in place to help us all adapt to this new virtual working environment. There are a number of options available, including Google Meet and Google Chat.

In order to let your colleagues know how you prefer to be contacted during the working day, and notify others when you're not working, we have created some example email signatures and out of office templates for you to use. We appreciate you may also be balancing work with other personal and family responsibilities, meaning you are not able to respond to emails straight away.

These are intended as a guide, please feel free to amend them according to your specific circumstances.
