Mrs Tracy Carr
Tracy is both a respected leader and highly-skilled professional, serving as Executive Chef for Accommodation and Commercial Services.
An esteemed name in a heavily male-dominated profession, Tracy is one of just five women to have achieved the coveted Master Chef of Great Britain accolade.
