Our Guide to tram disruption during the exam period

If you have an exam coming up at Sheffield Wednesday (Hillsborough) trams will not be running all the way to the venue throughout the exam period.

Additionally if you have an exam at Philadelphia Conference Centre from Monday 2 June onwards (the final week of exams), trams will stop at Shalesmoor (next to Sheffield 3).

Busses will replace trams on the affected routes.

Make sure you check your route before travelling to off campus exam venues in advance and allow plenty of extra time for any possible delays.

We put together this short guide to help make sense of it all.

Travelling from Monday 3 June

You may be affected if you have an exam at Sheffield Wednesday or Philadelphia Conference Centre in the final week of the exam period.

From Monday 3 June, the Yellow route tram will stop at the Cathedral, while the Blue route tram will stop at Shalesmoor (next to Sheffield 3).

You will need to take the replacement bus service, or another bus route.
