Global Summer Experience Scholarships
The Global Summer Experience scholarship provides a fully-funded summer school experience with one of our selected partner universities.
This scholarship is advertised to students when they apply to Sheffield through UCAS, and awarded based on academic merit or household income. All Global Summer Experience scholarships for summer 2020 have been allocated.
I'm a current student and I've been awarded this scholarship, what happens next?
There will be a celebration event for students who've been awarded a Global Summer Experience scholarship on Thursday 12th December 2019.
Recipients of the Global Summer Experience scholarship will then be requested to rank the options available to them and write a personal statement, submitted online to Global Opportunities by 6th January 2020. This will be used to decide where each student is placed. Students will then apply to their allocated summer school in the spring semester.
