General Engineering taster day
This experience day at the University of Sheffield gives you an insight into studying general engineering at university.

Interdisciplinary Engineering for a Renewable Future!
An exploration of interdisciplinary engineering challenges in renewable energy, with a particular focus on the role of fluid mechanics, including hands-on experiments using household items.
There will then be a chance for you to talk to some of our current students studying general engineering in the Q&A along with Dr Andy Nichols and an expert from our admissions team.
When: Tuesday 24 May 2022, 4.00pm - 5.30pm
Age group: Year 12 and Year 13

Please be advised that bookings for all taster sessions will close at 10am the day before the session, or earlier if the session becomes fully-booked. We therefore recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
If you are a teacher, please encourage your pupils to book individually.
