Cancer – Where do cancer cells go wrong?
A free virtual taster session for Year 12, Year 13, A Level, BTEC

During this taster session, we will run an online tutorial to discuss the cellular basis of cancer. Understanding the molecular and cellular causes of diseases that affect millions are at the core of Biomedical Science and are how new treatments are found. Tutorials are a fun and interactive way of learning and form a central part of studying at Sheffield. This session will give you a chance to discuss your ideas around a topical medical challenge and see how tutors will support your learning. We will also have some current undergraduate students in the session so you can hear their views on how their studies work.
