Please note this is a repeat session to the one held in June. You are welcome to attend again, however, please be aware the content of the session will be the same.
The intended learning outcome is for students to understand key themes relating to the reporting, criminalisation and labelling of prominent sexual offences under English and Welsh law. To ground our discussion, we will focus on Sections 1 to 4 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
