E-mail support

For CMS queries your first port of call should be to send an e-mail to the CMS mailbox:

The web team check the mailbox regularly, and we try to answer any questions you have as quickly as we can. If you're working on a large project, like the creation of a new site, or a large change to an existing site, we're happy to provide advice on how to go about it get in touch before you start and we'll be able to advise you on how to get the most out of CMS before you start.

Digial Drop-In sessions

Regular drop-in sessions are arranged by the web team. You doesn't need book in advance - just turn up on the day - we'll happily deal with specific problems, or just provide general advice and guidance. Both IT Services and the Corporate Communications Digital Engagement team attend, so we should be able to answer any web or CMS question.

If you want to help yourself then a manual for the CMS is available for download from this site. It should cover most tasks you'll need to carry out in CMS, along with advice on managing your site.
