IF YOUR EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
YOU SHOULD SUBMIT THE DETAILS TO THE WHAT'S ON PAGES
The What's On pages and the What's On leaflet provide information on events taking place at The University of Sheffield that are open to members of the public as well as staff and students. If you submit details of a public event, once approved, it will be added under the appropriate category, and will also be included in What's On Google Calendar (there is a link to this from the What's On page).
If your event fits this category, then please continue to the SUBMIT YOUR EVENT form.
IF YOUR EVENT IS FOR AN INTERNAL ONLY AUDIENCE
YOU SHOULD SUBMIT THE DETAILS TO THE ONLINE DIARY OF EVENTS
If your event is intended for an INTERNAL ONLY audience (eg committe meetings, staff/student seminars) then please submit the details via the ADD YOUR EVENT form on the Online Diary of Events which can be found at www.sheffield.ac.uk/diaryofevents
Events listed on the Online Diary of Events will NOT appear on the What's on pages.
