Jessica Breese

Jess is currently a first-year PhD student in the School of Education, at the University of Sheffield. Her exploratory research will be examining different perspectives of School Readiness and levels of development in Early Years Education. Jess’ research will take a critical approach, considering inclusivity in Early Years Education, with a particular focus on the variety of children’s needs when they start school for the first time. This research will adopt a mixed methodological approach, as well as participatory methods, which will ensure that those taking part will be involved throughout the whole of the research process.
