Good Research & Innovation Practices
We undertake excellent research that requires rigour, respect and responsibility - integrity as well as intellect.
Our Good Research and Innovation Practices (GRIP) policy describes the principles and good practices governing all the University's research and innovation (R&I) activities, as well as what the University means by unacceptable R&I practices.

Research Ethics Policy
Our Research Ethics Policy governs research involving human participants, personal data and human tissue. It sets out:
- principles, including participants' rights and researchers' obligations
- the research ethics review and approval procedure
- how and when research ethics approvals from other institutions can be used
