Transcripts & Grades

You will automatically be issued with a transcript at the end of your studies at Sheffield.

This page will explain how this works.

Your grades/results will be available to view on MUSE on the official "release date".

Your account will still be live for one month after your official end date.

A hard copy will be mailed to your home address in a sealed envelope.

Please ensure your mailing address is up to date on MUSE before leaving Sheffield.

It is your responsibility to pass onto the correct office at your home University.

This will happen in around;

March/April for Autumn semester students

August for Spring and Full year students

Transcripts are produced and mailed by the Taught Programmes Office not the International Exchanges Unit.

You need to complete a form to request a copie(s) of your transcript.

Up to 12 months after leaving, there is no fee for the first copy of the transcript. Subsequent copies will be charged at a rate of £1 per copy.

After 12 months of leaving Sheffield there is a fee of £20 for the first copy of the transcript and then £1 for each subsequent copy.
