As part of this commitment the University recognises the importance of inclusivity within the University community, to ensure that all can flourish and reach their full potential.
The University’s Recruitment process fully supports our responsibilities in relation to ensuring an equitable process, which is further enhanced by the:
- provision of training for Chairs of Selection Panels;
- adoption of the Disability Confident Scheme.
