e-Recruitment is the University's staff recruitment system. It provides an on-line solution covering the end-to-end recruitment process, from the requirement to recruit to the appointment of the successful candidate.

User Guides

Request a Role

Trained Recruiters

User Guides is split into the main guides and quick guides. Main guides give a full run through of the recruitment process from raising a requisition to hiring your chosen candidate and the actions required in e-Recruitment. Quick guides cover some of the most asked about actions in e-Recruitment from recruiters and each one deals with a specific action.

Request a Role unifies the process of requesting access to the approver and panel member roles for members of staff as well as to request a place on our next recruiter training course if recruiter access is required.

FAQs answers commonly asked questions about the general e-Recruitment process, access to the system and help and further support.

Trained Recruiters lists all recruiters by department and is a useful point of reference if you are unsure who can use e-Recruitment in your department or your main recruiter is unavailable. Please see the Recruiter Course Information page for details on how to gain Recruiter access and what the course involves.
