The Student Services Information Desk known as 'SSiD' a key service, answering a wide range of enquiries are dealt with by SSiD and we also aim to provide an intelligent referral service in the very small proportion of cases where we are unable to assist directly.

During the current outbreak SSiD are providing services digitally via web, email and livechat (when available).

Staff are working remotely and can be contacted by email in the usual way.

We are able to respond to email enquiries:
