About the course

1 year full-time/2 years part-time

This course is aimed at current and future managers. The focus is on how to be an engaging and effective leader in challenging times.

You'll learn how to develop strategy, motivate people and nurture innovation.

Courses at the Institute of Work Psychology (IWP)

The IWP is an international centre for research in occupational and organisational psychology. Based near campus, the centre brings together staff from various University departments, including the Management School, to work with private and public sector organisations.

Your career
