Open Days - student holding here to help you signOpen Days 2016

Our next undergraduate Open Days will take place on the following dates:

  • Saturday 10 September
  • Saturday 22 October

You can take a tour of the campus, the Students' Union and our accommodation. There are talks about studying abroad, how to get loans and grants and other things that matter to you.

Academic departments hold talks throughout the day. Staff and students will be there to answer your questions.

Most important of all, you get to find out how it feels – the atmosphere, the people, the campus and the city.

Book a place: Saturday 10th September or Saturday 22nd October

Please note: The 2017 entry application deadline for the Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy course is 30th September. The deadline for application to our Medicine and Dentistry degree courses is 15th October. For this reason, there will be no talks for these courses taking place during our Open Day on Saturday 22nd October.

Department Open Days

Departments run their own open days, later in the year, after you apply. If a department offers you a place, or they're thinking of offering you a place, you'll be invited.

This is your chance to get to know your department better. You spend a whole day with staff and students. They'll tell you more about the course and the research they do. You'll be shown around the department and the University. Some department open days include an interview.
