A student undertaking a period of study abroad under the ERASMUS MUNDUS/Study Abroad schemes will normally:
together with AAP units to the value of 40 credits from the units listed at 2C above.
A student will take units to the value of 80 credits from the following, not less than 20 credits being selected from each of the sections 3Bi and 3Bii
A student will be required to undertake fieldwork for core module AAP244 Archaeological Field Practice (0 credits) ACAD YR. This may be in the vacation or at another suitable time subject to the approval of the Head of Department.
A student will also be required to undertake additional fieldwork or work experience subject to the approval of the Head of Department.
Before proceeding to Level 1, a candidate will attain both one hundred and twenty credits and a weighted mean grade of 60.0 or above; a candidate with 120 credits and a weighted mean grade of between 57.0 and 59.9 may be permitted to proceed at the discretion of the Board of Examiners and the cognate department.
