In the event of failure in the Control Systems Project and Dissertation (ACS6200) at the first attempt, any resubmission is subject to the approval of the Board of Examiners.

A student who failed to pass one or more of the modules from the list below may not be recommended for a degree award that is accredited under Engineering Council rules: ACS6131. 

Where a student has met the requirements for the award of a degree under the General Regulations for Higher Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas and Postgraduate Certificates but not the requirements for the award of a degree accredited under Engineering Council rules, they may be recommended for the award of MSc Advanced Control and Systems Engineering Studies.
