This programme of study will be pursued for twelve months full-time, and there will be two semesters in the academic year, which will each comprise a period of eighteen weeks.

AMR31003	Design of composites	SPR SEM	10 credits

AMR301 + A Levels at grade B or above, including a Mathematical based subject and a Science, Technology, Engineering or additional Mathematics related subject, or 120 credits Engineering BTEC at level 3. Plus 5 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above.. BEng/Degree Apprenticeship students in relevant employment.	Lubrication and Wear	ACAD YR	20 credits
AMR303 + A Levels at grade B or above, including a Mathematical based subject and a Science, Technology, Engineering or additional Mathematics related subject, or 120 credits Engineering BTEC at level 3. Plus 5 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above.. Engineering Mechanics for Manufacture. Yes. AMRC Programmes .	Machine element design and analysis of failure	ACAD YR	20 credits
AMR304 + A Levels at grade B or above, including a Mathematical based subject and a Science, Technology, Engineering or additional Mathematics related subject, or 120 credits Engineering BTEC at level 3. Plus 5 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above.. Engineering mechanics for manufacture. BEng/Degree Apprenticeship students in relevant employment.	Finite Element Analysis for machines	ACAD YR	20 credits

AMR31004	Industrial project with project management	GRAD YR	40 credits

This programme of study should be completed no more than three years following the completion of a related Foundation Degree or equivalent qualification, deemed to be at an appropriate level by the Programme Team.

A student who does not pass AMR31004 (Industrial Project with Project Management) at the first attempt will be ineligible for the award of BEng Mechanical Manufacture with Honours.
