A student who has been awarded one hundred and twenty credits will be eligible for the award of the Postgraduate Diploma in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

A student who has been awarded sixty credits, excluding EEE6602, will be eligible for the award of the Postgraduate Certificate in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

In the event of failure in EEE6602 (MSc Investigative Research Project) at the first attempt, any resubmission is subject to the approval of the Board of Examiners.

For students commencing Year 1 of a programme of study in or after September 2023:

A student who failed to pass one or more of the modules from the list below may not be recommended for a degree award that is accredited under Engineering Council rules: EEE6013.

For students commencing Year 1 of a programme of study in or after September 2023:

Where a student has met the requirements for the award of a degree under the General Regulations for Higher Degrees, Postgraduate Diplomas and Postgraduate Certificates but not the requirements for the award of a degree accredited under Engineering Council rules, they may be recommended for the award of MSc Electronic and Electrical Engineering Technology.
