A student must pass both FCE1001 and FCE2001 in order to progress to Level 3.
A student who does not pass EEE380 (Individual Design Project) at the first attempt will be ineligible for the award of the Degree with Honours.
A student must pass a minimum of 100 credits at Level 3 in order to be recommended for the award of the degree of BEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering with accreditation (Partial CEng) by the IET. A student who fails to gain 100 credits at Level 3, but otherwise satisfies the General Regulations, will be recommended for the award of the degree of BEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering but without accreditation. This applies to any student who enters any degree programme in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering from September 2017 onwards.
