A person may be admitted as a student who satisfies the admissions requirements of the University of Sheffield and the Nanjing University.

A student will register at Sheffield at the beginning of the programme of study as a student of both the University of Sheffield and the Nanjing University. A student will have appropriate access to the facilities of both Universities but will be required to attend at the University identified in accordance with the following Regulations.

A student will take at Nanjing University (during Semester 1), units to the value of sixty University of Sheffield (UoS) credits from the following:-

- English Grammar and Discourse
- Language Teaching Methodology
- Introduction to Second Language Acquisition
