A student must take FCE1001 Faculty Global Engineering Challenge Week as a core module at Level 1. A student will be expected to pass the module in order to progress to Level 3. A student must pass the module in order to graduate. A student must take FCE2001 Engineering - You're Hired as a core module in Level 2. A student will be expected to pass the module in order to progress to Level 3. A student must pass the module in order to graduate.


2C

A student must satisfy the requirements of the General Regulations for First Degrees as to progression in order to continue as a student for the Degree of MEng Engineering (GEEU08). A student who fails to satisfy these requirements at the end of Level 2 may be permitted by the Faculty to become instead a student for the Degree of BEng Engineering (GEEU30).

4C

A student must pass the Individual Advanced Project (GEE401) at the first attempt in order to be eligible for the award of the Degree of MEng General Engineering (GEEU08). A student who fails to satisfy this requirement may be permitted by the Faculty to be awarded the Degree of BEng General Engineering (GEEU30).

A student must pass a minimum of 100 credits at Level 4 in order to be awarded the degree of MEng General Engineering with accreditation.

A student must satisfy the requirements of the General Regulations for First Degrees as to progression in order to continue as a student for the Degree of MEng General Engineering (GEEU08). A student who fails to satisfy these requirements may be permitted by the Faculty to (a) at the end of Level 2 become a candidate for the Degree of BEng General Engineering (GEEU30), or (b) at the end of Level 3 become a candidate for the unaccredited Degree of BEng Engineering Technology (GEEU46). A student who fails the Individual Advanced Project at Level 4 or who chooses to withdraw from the University at the end of Level 3 may be awarded the unaccredited Degree of BEng Engineering Technology (GEEU46).
