2B

A student must take FCE1001 Faculty Global Engineering Challenge Week as a core module at Level 1. A student will be expected to pass the module in order to progress to Level 3. A student must pass the module in order to graduate. A student must take FCE2001 Engineering - You're Hired as a core module in Level 2. A student will be expected to pass the module in order to progress to Level 3. A student must pass the module in order to graduate.


2C

A student must satisfy the requirements of the General Regulations for First Degrees as to progression in order to continue as a student for the Degree of BEng Engineering (GEEU26). A student who fails to satisfy these requirements at the end of Level 2 may be permitted by the Faculty to become instead a student for the Degree of BEng Engineering (GEEU46).

3C

A student must pass the Individual Project (GEE302) at the first attempt or score over 40 in the advanced individual project (GEE401), in order to be eligible for the award of the Degree of BEng General Engineering (GEEU26) with accreditation. A student who fails to satisfy this requirement may be permitted by the Faculty to be awarded an unaccredited Degree of BEng Engineering (GEEU46).

A student must pass a minimum of 100 credits at Level 3 in order to be awarded the degree of BEng General Engineering with accreditation. A student who passes a minimum of 90 but fewer than 100 credits at Level 3 will, in accordance with the General Regulations, be awarded the degree of BEng Engineering, but without accreditation.
