Description

This module introduces the fundamentals of asset management, including monitoring and maintaining valuable physical and infrastructure assets, ranging from buildings to intellectual property, human resources, material and financial assets. The scope of asset management is highlighted through practical examples. Methodologies to provide cost effective operation at the required level of service are applied through a range of case-studies including systematic processes to deploy, operate, maintain, upgrade, and dispose of assets in a cost-effective and responsible manner.
