Description

This module provides students with a wide understanding of the history and evolution of the French administration as well as the apparition and development of administrative law in the country. It is designed to attract students' awareness on the contemporary legal issues and future challenges faced by French administrative law as well as giving them the opportunity to perfect their writing and oral legal skills throughout lectures and seminars.
