Description

This module aims to introduce students to the role of commercial property in the global context. It addresses contemporary issues concerning commercial property and how the transformation of commercial property transcends national boundaries as well as entrenched boundaries in property law. In so doing, it aims to familiarise students with the interaction between commercial property rights and economic development. It will show students the importance of understanding the concept of commercial property from a comparative and theoretical perspective.
