Current Research Projects

Proteomic analysis of Sulfolobus solfataricus a model archaeon, and other relevant systems.

This project is part of a lager pan-European project on systems biology of Sulfolobus solfataricus. We are interested in the temperature responses of this organism, and their impacts on central carbohydrate metabolism in particular. We are especially interested in quantitative proteome changes, as well as the role of post-translational modifications and protein-protein networks.
