PROGRESS

PROGRESS is The University of Sheffield's Postgraduate Society, run by postgraduates, for postgraduates. It hosts a variety of events including after-work drinks, pub quiz, meals out and special events too which are voted for by members.

PG Café forum

PG Café Forum is a student-led initiative which creates an informal and relaxed atmosphere in which taught and research postgraduate students can share their work, socialise and network. The forum covers all disciplines and departments.

Sheffield Union

The Students’ Union is at the heart of the campus and student life. The Union is run by eight Student Officers, elected by the whole student population.

Whether you’re interested in joining a society or even starting your own society, trying something new with give it a go, volunteering, sporting activities, or just grabbing something to eat or drink, the Union is the place to go.
