Whilst we are closed, your prescriptions can be collected from Day Lewis Pharmacy on West Street.
The UHS test results line has now been discontinued.
Please note that from the 11th of November 2016 you can no longer collect your prescriptions from Day-Lewis pharmacy on Glossop Road on Saturdays.
We will now be contacting patients via text after their appointment to ask for feedback about UHS. If you respond to the first text question, then you will also receive a second text question.
