As part of the ‘Worldview’ programme, a collaboration between the Showroom Cinema and the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at The University of Sheffield, we will be marking the fiftieth anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis with supported screenings and a dayschool to explore the events of late 1962 and their legacy on the wider world. The event is aimed at students (school, college and university) as well as members of the public with an interest in Cuba, the Missile Crisis and the Cold War.
